We offer this service as a fund raising project for our troop. We provide the flag and the stand. On five national holidays each year, Troop 728 boy scouts and scouters will place a beautiful 5 ft x 3 ft U.S. flag on an 8 ft wodden pole with a metal stand in you yard. We post the flag in the early morning and pick it up near sunset on each holiday. |
